The concept is provocative and pretty original. I like the blending of nature, autumn, and human fashion.
I'm not really a person that peruses portrait and fashion photography on a regular basis, so I may not be the best to ask about originality. However, to me, it seems pretty original, maybe not earth-shattering, but definitely not already an overly done concept. Crossing the boundary between humanity and nature is a topic that rarely, if ever, gets old.
Technique-wise, I would say this is definitely above average. I like the focus effect that brings attention to the portraiture, but the background is very blurred and it makes it hard for my eyes to want to fully explore the setting. The combination of make-up retouching and skin toning has made the model look somewhat unreal, but that may be what you're going for. Either way, it looks good. I like the addition of the little "jewels" placed on the models shoulder and arms. They do well to keep the theme of bringing nature and humanity together. Your logo design is clean and doesn't get in the way of the overall picture, so you did well there. The coloring is consistent and beautiful.
Overall, I'd say that this image is well above average. The overall impact, I think is hampered, however, by an average viewer, like myself, not knowing exactly what you are portraying. With your logo design taking up half the space of the photo, I am guessing this is no portraiture-type photograph, and you are aiming more for a professional fashion-based audience. As it is now, though, it looks kind of like an advertisement, as well. I guess it's just kind of hard to tell what it is you are trying to tell viewers of this image, and that has a bit of a negative effect on the impact of the image. However, again, I'd say it's still damn good.
These are just my initial thoughts and opinions after a detailed glance. Hope they help!
